I work with experienced technical professionals, including people moving into senior and lead roles, who already use English successfully but want their communication to reflect the full level of their expertise. I am not primarily interested in correcting your English; I am interested in whether your expertise, reasoning, and judgment are coming across as clearly as they should.
In short, I help technical professionals sound as smart in English as they are in their own language.
Let’s start with the situations that actually matter: interviews, presentations, demos, technical explanations, difficult conversations, stakeholder meetings, and professional writing. The goal is to identify where communication is getting in the way, then work directly on the structure, clarity, delivery, and judgment behind it.
Coaching is focused on immediate performance: preparing for an interview or presentation, explaining complex technical ideas more clearly, handling difficult conversations, improving delivery, or sharpening the way you communicate with Product, Engineering, leadership, or customers.
Mentoring is longer-term and developmental, with a focus on professional voice, seniority, technical explanation, communication judgment, and the shift from simply being understood to communicating with authority in more senior or leadership contexts.
I can also work in group settings, for technical teams that want to improve how they communicate across disciplines, particularly where complex information has to move clearly between Engineering, Product, Support, customers, and other stakeholders.
